Order your usual clothing size. Our sizing is comparable to major retailers like J.Crew, Athleta, and Lululemon. A size chart is in the photo gallery. Each product page includes labeled photos of models in Mediums, plus comparison photos in Small and Large for reference.
How the built-in support fits:
The construction is similar to a standard shelf bra, but redesigned for comfort with a soft, wide elastic band and lightly padded cups that provide gentle lift and coverage — no wires, no straps, no removable pads.
The built-in support is designed to fit most B–F cups.
Important note:
If you are typically a B/C cup and wear S or M top, we do not recommend sizing up for a looser fit — the support may feel too roomy. Stick with your usual size for the best fit.

For best results, machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle.
